IMPORTANT INFORMATION  FOR ATTENDING AN APPOINTMENT

Dear Clients,

I would politely ask that clients adhere to the guidelines below when attending an appointment.

• If you, anyone in your household or anyone you come into contact with, displays symptoms of Covid-19, such as but not limited to;  the recent onset of a new continuous cough,  a high temperature, or experiencing a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell,  however mild,  please cancel your appointment.
• If you have been instructed to self-isolate, please do not attend your appointment.
• Please attend your appointment unaccompanied, unfortunately I cannot allow other family members or friends in at the same time.
• Please arrive promptly for your appointment.  I will be cleaning the salon after every client and therefore time is allocated for this between appointments.  If you arrive late it will mean that clients coming in after your will be kept waiting.
• You must wear a face mask, unless medically exempt, face shields are not acceptable.  Face masks can be removed for the purposes on facial treatments.
• On arrival for your treatment, you will be required to wash your hands and use hand sanitiser, and repeat this process prior to your departure.
• Please keep personal belongings to a minimum, one small handbag if possible.

My commitment to you;

• I have received three Covid vaccination.
• High levels of cleanliness will be maintained in the salon at all times, thorough cleaning between clients.
• I will frequently wash and sanitise my hands prior and during treatments.
